Scrumptuous for the price. The pork was crispy, salty, and juicy. The noodles were chewy and the soup very umami. The chicken was some of the best popcorn chicken that I've had. Only problem was the seating and general chaos that is remniscent of cha chan tings.

**CASH ONLY** Stopped in to order takeout and opted for the pork chop over rice and salad and pepper chicken over rice. The chicken was actually the highlight, and several friends I spoke to agree, so maybe they should change the name (jk). Staff was friendly and the food was ready quickly.

My absolutely favorite meal in NYC. I was so full walking out of this place! Food was affordable and delicious. Beef noodle soup was less than $9. Salt and pepper popcorn chicken over rice was delicious as well! Pork chop was hot and freshly made, and it was only $3. Don't expect to have amazing services but for that little place and how busy it was, I think the aunties and uncles did an amazing job. I need to come back!

On my latest visit, I indulged in their Salt and Pepper Chicken because I am always craving Taiwanese popcorn chicken, and it did not disappoint. The chicken itself excelled in texture and flavor. Each piece was perfectly bite-sized, crisp on the outside, yet incredibly tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoning was spot-on; a harmonious blend of salt, pepper, and a hint of five-spice that provided a subtle but memorable kick. This isn't just any popcorn chicken; it's a dish crafted with care. The chicken was served piping hot and the service accompanying it was nice and friendly. Will definitely be returning as soon as I come down to Chinatown again!

Cash only! Very no frills, in-and-out type of place like a lot of other cheap eats in Chinatown. It always looks crowded but it moves fast--the servers take care to keep tables moving and the food comes out super quickly. We got their signature pork chop on rice. I thought the meat to rice ratio could have been a little higher, and the pickled veggies could have been a bit more generous as well. But for the price of $8 I guess I can't complain. We also ordered the glutinous lotus root which was a sweet complement to the pork chop but not my favorite.

Woww the value here is crazy. Got the pork chop over rice and salt & pepper chicken over rice. The pork chop was surprisingly tender and juicy! Both were good, a little too salty for my taste, but the flavors were really nice. It also came with a seasoned vegetable underneath. Service was fast, and they were nice.

When you think of a traditional, small, family run, Taiwanese business, this is it! Authentic food, chaotic energy (in a good way), and just the vibes. They have all your classic Taiwanese dishes but are known for their pork chops. I decided to get the pork chop noodle soup, and yes... it was super good! The broth was clean and hearty. The pork chop was cooked to perfection. Super juicy and cooked well! Honestly, one of the best pork chops I've had. The price of everything was so affordable. I will definitely be coming back! Note: cash only

I got the chicken leg over rice here and it was great. The chicken was well seasoned and fried to perfection. The pickled vegetables and marinated egg served as a great accompaniment that makes the dish complete. Check this place out if you're looking for an authentic Taiwanese spot.

Good authentic taiwanese fast food. They specialized in pork chops but I opted for chicken instead. I was seated immediately upon arrival. Service was quick and prompt. Food arrived within minutes. The chicken was crunchy and juicy. The noodle soup was flavorful and delicious. The chopped pickled cabbages added a bit of tangy and sweetness to the broth. The portion was reasonable. Chili wontons were below average. Wonton skin and the fillings were out of proportion. Overall, still had a good experience.
